SMALL FORM, BIG HEART:

The core technology of the VIBES MD850 is the new AIS (All Integrated Synthesiser) platform, which enables 24 stereo voices in the VIBES. However, the modularity of the AIS platform offers the potential for even more powerful and exciting instruments in the future. AIS is also the key element of Mayer EMI’s vision for the future of synthesisers as the central hub for music production.

Now with VibesConnect and XVAOS 4.0:

VibesConnect is a browser-based user interface that enables direct access to the Vibes MD850 via Wi-Fi or Ethernet – without the need for additional software, drivers or USB cables.

This makes it easy to create, edit and manage drum patterns and sequences on a computer or tablet. Direct control of the sequencer/clip launcher is also extremely practical, particularly during a live performance.

To aptly describe this expanded range of functions, Mayer EMI has introduced the term ‘SynthStation’. It represents a new concept: a standalone music production system that combines a synthesiser, drum machine, mixer and sequencer.

The suffix ‘Station’ emphasises that the Vibes MD850 is not just a synthesiser, but the centrepiece of an entire production and performance workflow.

VibesConnect and XVAOS 4.0 are now available as a free update for all existing units and are already integrated into all newly delivered models.
