ListenTALK is a mobile communication system for person-led groups, speech translation applications and hearing support. It offers excellent speech intelligibility and high operational reliability.

The LKR-11 is the matching receiver for the ListenTALK system in the Pro version. It can only be used to receive audio signals. Operation via pushbuttons is extremely simple for everyone. In addition to the on/off switch, only the volume of the headphone input can be individually adjusted on the device. The received signal is encrypted to prevent eavesdropping.

The display shows the group name, remaining battery life, signal strength of the antenna and device ID. The brightness of the display is automatically adjusted via a light sensor.

Headphones are connected to the receiver via a mini-jack connection. An induction loop for hearing aid wearers can also be connected to this. The scope of delivery includes an earpiece, a rechargeable battery, a belt clip and a neck strap.

ListenTALK uses the international telecommunications standard DECT (Digital Enhanced Cordless Telecommunications) for transmission. The system can be used in any country and is free of registration and charges worldwide. The signal is encrypted during transmission to prevent eavesdropping.

The LKR-11 can be operated with rechargeable lithium-ion batteries or AAA batteries. The battery life is up to 8 hours in continuous operation. A battery compartment is available as an option so that standard batteries can be used. The battery can be charged via USB or in a charging station.

The receiver uses NFC (near field communication) to combine several devices into a group and synchronise them with each other. The back of the device is simply held up to the ListenTALK LK-1 transmitter. Synchronisation and configuration is also possible with a charging station and the Software Suite. The programme offers a graphical user interface with which all settings can be conveniently made.
