The LEHLE P-SPLIT STEREO stands for passive intelligent splitting with maximum signal fidelity in a double pack.
The classic solution for splitting, eliminating hum, balancing and reamping in recording applications is now available in two versions, and passive summing of signals is a new addition.
The application possibilities are endless. Make the most of them.
At the heart of the LEHLE P-SPLIT STEREO, two LEHLE TRANSFORMER HZs do their job and galvanically isolate the respective ISO outputs from each other, allowing you to successfully avoid ground loops and hum. The LEHLE TRANSFORMER HZ process high-impedance and low-impedance signals with uncompromising sound quality. You can tap the signal at the ISO outputs either asymmetrically or symmetrically - regardless of the signal type in the rest of the system.
There are gold-plated phase reversal switches and ground switches for each channel. This keeps you flexible and your system safe.
A classic application is isolating a stereo signal so that you can use two amplifiers in stereo and simultaneously send the stereo signal to a mixing console or the audio interface of your DAW.
The LEHLE P-SPLIT STEREO is another useful method for effectively eliminating unwanted humming noises. If you connect two electronic devices, background noise caused by ground loops can occur. The LEHLE P-SPLIT STEREO offers a simple but extremely effective solution: By connecting the problem solver between the two devices, you isolate the input from the output.
The signals at the ISO outputs can be tapped symmetrically, making the LEHLE P-SPLIT STEREO an excellent choice as a high-quality, compact stereo DI box for active signal types of all kinds. In the studio or on stage, you can therefore bridge many metres symmetrically and free of background noise.
Depending on which sockets you assign, it works as a passive summing unit, for example, so that your effects board can remain wired in stereo even though you only connect an amplifier in mono. If, on the other hand, you only connect one input signal in mono, the LEHLE P-SPLIT STEREO works as a triple splitter for up to 3 amplifiers at the outputs.
