The MON 8 A G3 belongs to a completely newly developed family of active stage monitors that are designed for high performance requirements. The MON G3 series incorporates the advanced technology and high-quality materials found in high-end monitors used primarily in professional applications. This quality is now made available to everyone. This includes, for example, advanced coaxial speakers with an integrated 50° x 90° CD horn, which ensure the acoustic ideal of a true point source and thus outstanding audio characteristics even at short listening distances. Added to this are the high robustness, the extensive equipment and the elegant LD Systems design.
As the smallest member of the new stage monitor family, the MON 8 A G3 is particularly unobtrusive and flexible to use: as a stage monitor, DJ setup or on a speaker stand as an FOH speaker, as a satellite in 2.1 systems or as a delay line speaker. The MON 8 A G3 offers a frequency response down to 59 Hz, which is unusually low for its size, and therefore full-range sound.
Both the signal (XLR/jack combo) and the power connection (PowerCON compatible) can be looped through. This enables elegant, tidy cabling for multi-monitor setups or distributed sound reinforcement.
