With the DAVE 8 Roadie, LD Systems has once again successfully realised its motto pro audio in motion. The complete PA system with its powerful 1400 watt (peak) power amplifier delivers an amazing performance for mobile applications. The system is equipped with a powerful 8" bandpass subwoofer and two satellite speakers (2 x 4" + 1") and was designed as a flexible and portable mini PA system especially for musicians.
The DAVE 8 Roadie offers 3 different, simultaneously assignable connection options: One channel is equipped with a combo socket (XLR/jack) for dynamic microphones. One channel has two RCA sockets for connecting computers and a combo socket (XLR/jack) for mixing consoles or keyboards. Finally, the third channel has a 3.5 mm stereo socket and a 6.3 mm mono jack socket for MP3 players or guitars, whereby the desired input can be activated via a selector switch. The powerful Class A/B power amplifier integrated into the subwoofer powers both the subwoofer and the satellites.
The system offers all the usual protection circuits. The integrated limiter protects the system from overload and guarantees a long system life. In addition to an ON/OFF switch and a phase switch (180°), the side of the subwoofer also has its own control for the subwoofer volume so that you can set the perfect mix of brilliant highs, crisp mids and powerful bass at any time.
Robust front grilles and ergonomic carrying handles on the subwoofer and satellites emphasise the DAVE 8 Roadie's suitability for touring and make the system the perfect companion for musicians.
