Re-amping made easy:
ToneX CAPTURE has been specially developed for use between a guitar amp and an audio interface for re-amping and tone sampling (via IK Multimedia’s brand-new AI Machine Modelling). Thanks to the galvanic isolation between the inputs and outputs, ToneX CAPTURE offers a very convenient and practical solution for connecting guitar amps or stompboxes directly to the interface. This effectively suppresses the usual background noise caused by ground loops. The input levels for the line and amp inputs can be adjusted. This ensures that analogue guitar set-ups can always be operated at their ideal operating point. A special feature is the ability to loop in the speaker signal from the guitar amp and record it in parallel with the microphone signal.
