The Fuzz Rangers combines two legendary circuits – the Fuzz Face and the Cesar Diaz Treble Booster – in a compact pedal. It delivers a vintage sound with modern versatility, making it perfect for players seeking expressive dynamics and rich tonal textures.
The fuzz circuit on the left is based on the classic silicon Fuzz Face. This circuit features a pair of military-specification BC108 NOS transistors and carbon film resistors, which ensure an authentic vintage response. It shines on its own and interacts beautifully with your guitar’s volume control, just like an original Fuzz Face.
The treble boost circuit on the right is inspired by the legendary Cesar Diaz Treble Booster (made famous by SRV). This boost circuit uses a BC547A transistor for improved compatibility with other pedals and optimised power/polarity handling.
Both effects are completely independent of each other, so you can use each one individually or combine them as you wish. Use the toggle switch (active only when both effects are switched on) to select your signal path.
