One year after the launch of the Shape 40, 50 and 65 monitor models, Focal presents its new reference product in this segment: Shape Twin. The new flagship of the series offers two passive cones, a new woofer with Flax cone and the latest inverted aluminium/magnesium dome tweeter with M-profile. Like the Shape 40, 50 and 65 models, the Shape Twin is manufactured in France. Tailored to the requirements of near-field monitoring, the Shape monitors combine an ingenious design with various indispensable adjustment options for acoustic adaptation to small listening rooms. The Shape Twin is characterised in particular by its excellent coverage of the entire audio spectrum, an extended bass range and exceptional sound power for its size. Thanks to its compact dimensions, the monitor can even be used in the smallest of rooms. The decisive advantage here is the 2.5-way design, which allows precise assessment of the bass and lower mid-range frequencies that are typically difficult to control in small rooms.
