Our Player II Baritone Telecaster with a low H-H tuning exudes traditional Fender charm both visually and to the touch, yet under the bonnet it’s state-of-the-art. The neck, with its modern C-profile, satin finish and rosewood slab fingerboard featuring a 9.5" radius, rounded edges and 22 medium jumbo frets, is fully optimised for fast, fluid playing. Player Series Alnico V single-coil Tele-®s produce a tone with crystal-clear highs, musical mids and tight bass, suitable for any genre. The 3-way blade switch lets you control the pickups and vary your sound, from the gentle, bell-like tone of the neck pickup to the distinctive twang of the bridge pickup. The string action, featuring six steel block saddles and ClassicGear™ tuners, keeps the tuning stable. This allows you to experiment to your heart’s content with various baritone tunings and find inspiration.
