FBT has given its tried-and-tested X-PRO series – the 110A, 112A, 115A and 112MA – a complete redesign. The second generation now offers a choice of four even more powerful active full-range loudspeaker models that meet FBT’s high standards in terms of quality, flexibility and design. The X-PRO series shares identical technical features and functions with the X-LITE series, but the speakers are housed in robust, scratch-resistant plywood cabinets designed for the rigours of everyday stage use (rather than the polypropylene plastic cabinets of the X-LITE models).
All the electronics have been redesigned and equipped with key innovations, such as a 3-channel mixer and the latest Bluetooth ® 5.0 TWS interface. FBT employs digital, DSP-controlled bi-amping in all models, featuring two highly efficient Class D power amplifiers and active DSP crossover. Unlike conventional, passive components, this enables a more efficient and loss-free distribution of power to the individual speaker components. The tweeters and woofers each have a dedicated amplifier channel, which are actively separated by the DSP.

Power is supplied by a switching power supply with automatic voltage switching in the 100–240 VAC range.
TWS Bluetooth ® for true stereo enjoyment
The new Bluetooth ® 5.0 protocol (compatible with earlier versions) allows two speakers to be detected simultaneously, with the option to control the volume remotely and stream audio signals in stereo to both speakers at the same time.
Enclosure, installation and flown operation
The speakers feature M10 rigging points, enabling operation in a fixed installation or as a flown speaker on a truss. The robust plywood enclosure features various mounting angles for precise positioning.
X-SUB bass extensions
The two active subwoofer models from FBT’s X-SUB series are the perfect low-frequency extension and the ideal companion for all X-LITE and X-PRO loudspeakers. With a frequency response down to 38 Hz and an impressive SPL level, the subwoofers are perfectly matched to all X models.
