EVOLVE 50 G2 is the new generation of the EVOLVE column loudspeaker system. EVOLVE 50 G2 remains just as easy to install as ever, but offers improved peak performance compared with the previous generation of EVOLVE. Furthermore, the system is now even more portable, making it well-suited to the changing requirements of professional users such as DJs, bands, production companies, event organisers and venues.
The EVOLVE 50M G2 offers a maximum sound pressure level that is up to 2 dB higher and features enhanced DSP functions such as QuickSmart Link, AFS, Music Ducking, expanded options for combining effects, and switchable 48 V phantom power. All functions can be controlled via a large 2.8-inch colour LCD display.
The EVOLVE 50 G2 features a 12-inch subwoofer designed to deliver deeper bass and optimal audio quality for events with up to 300 attendees. The subwoofer’s Laminar Flow Vent design enhances low-frequency response and efficiency. The system’s portability is further improved by a new top-mounted handle and redesigned side handles.
The EVOLVE 50 G2 is integrated with the QuickSmart Mobile app and can be controlled as part of a system alongside other Electro-Voice portable Bluetooth speakers. The EVOLVE 50 G2’s connections for microphones and line-level signals are industry standard: XLR/TRS combo sockets, stereo RCA/3.5 mm line input and Bluetooth® streaming with True Wireless Stereo (TWS).
The EVOLVE 50 G2 is available in black or white and comes with a carry bag for the column speaker and the extension pole. The system also offers a padded protective cover or a wheeled case for the subwoofer, both of which are available separately.
