The XT phosphor bronze strings for acoustic guitars are made from our popular acoustic alloy and have been specially treated for longer life while maintaining the natural sound and feel of uncoated strings. Available for 6 and 12 string acoustic guitars from extra fine to moderate gauges to suit different playing styles and preferences.
The D'Addario XT strings are made from a high carbon steel core that has been treated for longer life. As a result, you benefit from increased tensile strength, tuning stability and long-lasting performance - with the same feel as uncoated strings. These strings deliver what they promise: long-lasting, consistent performance.
