The IDX:50 and IDX:100 amplifiers are BLACKSTAR’s latest high-performance digital combos. They have been designed to deliver exceptional sounds and versatility in a compact format. The IDX combos offer the familiar, intuitive controls of a traditional amplifier, but are significantly more versatile thanks to their programmable nature. The Voice control allows you to select six different sounds, ranging from Clean Warm, Clean Bright, Crunch, Super Crunch, OD 1 to OD 2. In combination with BLACKSTAR’s patented ISF control, a wide range of sounds – from American to British and everything in between – can be achieved. Furthermore, the amplifiers feature a Response function that allows different tube emulations to be selected. The IDX:50 and IDX:100 are equipped with an integrated display, which enables intuitive navigation and comprehensive editing of the effects. The amp’s effects section comprises more than 35 pre-FX, modulation effects, reverbs and delays, all of which can be selected and edited directly on the amp. In summary, thanks to its advanced technology, the IDX series offers a wide range of sounds for guitarists of all levels.
