EDU for Students/Teachers:

Heavily discounted version for eligible secondary school pupils, students (at colleges, universities of applied sciences, colleges of art and music, universities) and teachers and employees at educational institutions (general and vocational schools, education authorities, public and private universities, further education/vocational training institutions with degrees, music schools). Only one licence per pupil/student/teacher, proof of entitlement is provided online by the customer after purchase.

Each teacher/student/pupil can only activate one licence, namely this version. These single-user licences are therefore not suitable for teachers who require multiple licences, nor for student workstations in educational institutions.

A Pro Tools Studio/Standard perpetual licence is upgraded to the current Pro Tools Studio version with this upgrade. The perpetual upgrade is also valid for older Pro Tools Standard/Studio Perpetual licence versions without active updates.

Support Plan (from Pro Tools Version 9). The scope of delivery includes the Updates & Support Plan for 12 months, which offers the following services:

-All software updates within the period

-Standard Support (online)

-Complete Plugin Bundle

-Pro Tools GrooveCell and SynthCell

-HEAT

-Inner Circle

This upgrade can be redeemed at any time, regardless of whether an Updates & Support Plan is active or has already expired. With a current licence, in addition to additional plug-ins, new sounds and samples are regularly available through Pro Tools Sonic Drop and additional services from third-party providers through Pro Tools Inner Circle. The upgrade postpones the end date of a plan by 12 months.

Prerequisite:

-Pro Tools Studio or Standard Perpetual EDU licence with active or expired Updates & Support Plan. Attention: Not valid as an upgrade/extension for the Pro Tools Studio annual licence (subscription)!
