Austrian Audio OCR8 Bluetooth dongle

The OCR8 Bluetooth dongle controls the polar pattern, high-pass filter and pad switches of an OC818 microphone wirelessly via Bluetooth using an iOS or Android device in real time. Once the Bluetooth receiver has been attached to the back of the microphone, it enables the selection and storage (no battery required - phantom power via the OC818) of customised settings on the microphone. The free PolarPilot app from Austrian Audio is available from the Apple App Store ™ and Google Play ™. With an unrivalled number of 255 discrete polar patterns ranging from figure of eight, all cardioid variants to omnidirectional, complex microphone setups for various instruments can be conveniently and wirelessly controlled and stored remotely.
