The Leviasynth Keyboard is a new hybrid algorithmic synthesiser from ASM. With 16 voices, 8 oscillators per voice and a combination of analogue and digital filters, the Leviasynth is a sound designer's dream. The 61-key Polytouch® keyboard with polyphonic aftertouch, together with the 4-octave ribbon controller, offers an unrivalled playing experience and the Leviasynth is MPE-compatible. The multi-colour touchscreen and intuitive user interface make programming sounds particularly easy. The oscillators can be arranged in so-called algorithms, which determine how they influence each other. There are 144 preset algorithms available, and an additional algorithm can be customised for each patch. Furthermore, Algorithm Morph enables an almost unlimited number of oscillator configurations. Over 300 waveforms and 7 independent oscillator modes are available for each oscillator for maximum sonic variety. The 3-track sequencer records both note and macro automations, and the arpeggiator features a new entropy function for advanced real-time note manipulation. In Single mode, all 16 voices are available per patch, while Multi mode splits the voices into two parts of 8 voices each, allowing layers and splits to be set up quickly. The free ASM Patch Manager for Mac and PC enables easy firmware updates and convenient patch management.
