The AKG K52 is a closed headphone with circumaural ear pads. It has a natural reproduction and a balanced sound. The bass range is solid, the mids well defined and the highs clear. Musicians who play electronic instruments such as electric piano, keyboard or electric drums will get a good overall impression with the AKG K52. The closed-back design of the AKG K52 means that the external insulation is very good. Only a small amount of sound escapes through the ear cups. Crosstalk into the microphone can be prevented, especially when recording vocals. The AKG K52 has a low impedance of 32 ohms and a high degree of efficiency to ensure sufficient volume on mobile playback devices and USB interfaces, and the AKG K52 is very comfortable to wear. They are very light, the ear pads are pleasantly soft and the headband automatically adjusts to the head size. The headphones can therefore be worn comfortably for long periods of time.
