The DMS100 Instrumental Set is a digital wireless system for instruments and presentations. It consists of a wireless microphone and a bodypack transmitter. The system is free of registration and fees worldwide as it operates in the 2.4 GHz frequency range. Thanks to uncompressed radio transmission at 24 bit/48 KHz, the audio quality is consistently high. To protect confidential content, the signal is encrypted to prevent eavesdropping during transmission.
Both instruments and microphones can be connected to the bodypack transmitter. A connection cable for guitar or bass is included in the scope of delivery. The transmitter runs for up to 12 hours on just 2 AA batteries. The battery status of the pocket transmitter is displayed on both the receiver and the transmitter.
The DMS100 system is very easy to operate. An available frequency is automatically recognised and set. To ensure that the radio transmission is not impaired by WLAN and Bluetooth devices, the receiver changes the radio frequency as soon as overlaps are detected. The receiver is equipped with two antennas (internal) for reliable transmission. Up to four DMS100 systems can be operated in parallel.
A mounting kit for rack installation is optionally available. For trouble-free operation, the distance between transmitter and receiver should not exceed 30 metres.
