The C414 XLS, multi-pattern condenser microphone, offers a choice of nine polar patterns for the optimum sound for every application. An LED override indicator shows even the shortest signal peaks. In both live and fixed installations, all controls can be deactivated by means of a key lock to prevent unintentional changes to the settings.

The C414 XLS retains the characteristic sound properties of the legendary C414 B-ULS, the most popular AKG C414 version since 1971. Developed for maximum linearity and neutral sound, it has been the most versatile large diaphragm microphone on the market for decades.
