Apollo Twin X Heritage Edition features two Unison-enabled mic preamps, allowing you to record via precise mic preamp emulations from Neve, API, Manley, SSL, Avalon, Helios and Universal Audio*. Unison is exclusive to Universal Audio and is a proprietary hardware-software integration that perfectly reproduces the sound of those coveted tube and solid-state mic preamps - including their input impedance, gain stage sweet spots and component-level circuit behaviour.

Unison technology is also found in Apollo Twin X's front-panel Hi-Z instrument input, which provides precise impedance and gain matching for guitar and bass amp models from Fender, Marshall, Ampeg and more.
