The Roland SPD::ONE WAV PAD is a new type of digital percussion pad that allows any musician to perform with their own sounds and samples. Importing audio files is as easy as can be: Simply connect the SPD::ONE WAV PAD to a PC or Mac and insert your own WAV files into the drive that appears. Whether complete backing tracks or one-shot samples - the sounds are ready to play in just a few seconds. The robust yet sensitive pads of the SPD::ONE WAV PAD can be played with sticks, hands or feet. The trigger thresholds can be conveniently adjusted as required using the intuitive controls.
The SPD::ONE WAV PAD is powered by batteries or a mains adapter, allowing it to be used on the floor, a table or mounted on stands or in drum setups using the adapter supplied. Operation is extremely simple, even for musicians without a technical background: you can change sounds, volume, balance and more using the four controls on the front panel.
